So I just remembered today that I even have a Xanga......
oops.
haha
I hope nobody was waiting for vital updates, cause they're all on facebook (not seriously!)

Tonight I discovered something strange:
I'm at a Christian university and i'm starving for fellowship.
I don't mean being around other believers, but real deep God-centered living.
Struggling with each other, laughing, crying, honoring God even when the conversations and lives aren't deep and spiritual.
But the deep conversations too...
hm
on another note, people are completely wretched.
just thought i'd throw that out there

People keep trying to steal from me at work...
it's rather depressing.
On a brighter note, I got to talk to this beautiful Russian lady today at work... not beautiful as in nice to look at, but she was so sweet, I think she just made my whole day better
I miss hearing people speak Russian when I walk out the door, even though I was only there twice for 2 weeks each time.
Anyway, it made my day.
She didn't speak English very well, so we smiled, nodded, and pointed a lot I miss that too, it's so fun and so rewarding when you finally understand... even if you do have to blunder your way through a simple sentence.
I wish I'd thanked her in Russian, but I didn't have the guts to.
